J.B. BONIVERT

Jeff Bonivert is a Bay Area native who has contributed to independent comics as both artist and writer, in such books as The Funboys, Turtle Soup and Mister Monster. Jeff’s biography of artist Murphy Anderson appears in Spark Generators, and Muscle and Faith, his Casey Jones/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles epic, can be seen online at www.flyingcolorscomics.com. His unique adaptation of “The Raven” originally appeared in 1979 in Star*Reach, and was reprinted in the first and second editions of Graphic Classics: Edgar Allan Poe in 2001 and 2004. The adaptation was revised for the fourth edition, and Jeff agreed to also interpret “Annabel Lee” as a companion piece.
