ROD LOTT Oklahoma City resident Rod Lott is a freelance writer and graphic designer involved in advertising and journalism. For twelve years, he has published and edited the more-or-less quarterly magazine Hitch: The Journal of Pop Culture Absurdity, and in 2005 started Bookgasm, a daily book review and news site at www.bookgasm.com. Rod’s humorous essays have been published in several anthologies, including May Contain Nuts and 101 Damnations. He has scripted comics adaptations of stories by Edgar Allan Poe, Clark Ashton Smith, Sax Rohmer, H.G. Wells, H.P. Lovecraft, O. Henry, Mary Shelley and Rafael Sabatini for Graphic Classics.
