JOE OLLMANN Joe Ollmann is a cartoonist and graphic designer who divides his time between Montreal, Quebec and Hamilton, Ontario. He has been publishing Wag!, a series of small-format books of his comics and fiction, for over ten years. His comics and animations can be viewed at www.wagpress.net. Joe relates that his book of graphic short stories, Chewing on Tinfoil, was published by Insomniac Press in 2002, to “great acclaim and even greater lack of sales.” He is now the art director at ascent magazine, Canada’s only yoga magazine. Joe’s first Graphic Classics appearance was as a co-illustrator of “Roads of Destiny” in Graphic Classics: O. Henry. He soloed on “The Premature Burial” for Graphic Classics: Edgar Allan Poe, and an adaptation of “Dracula” for Graphic Classics: Bram Stoker. | ||||||
