RICH RAINEY

A ghostwriter who also writes about ghosts, Rich Rainey’s nonfiction books include Phantom Forces (A History of Warfare and the Occult), Haunted History, and The Monster Factory, a book about classic horror writers and the real-life incidents that inspired their fiction. He’s written over thirty adventure and science fiction novels and also created The Protector series about a modern day D’Artagnan in New York City. His short fiction has appeared in literary and mystery magazines, and numerous anthologies, including Best Detective Stories of the Year. In the comics field he created Flesh Crawlers for Kitchen Sink, Antrax: One Nation Underground for Caliber, and has written for The Punisher and Neil Gaiman’s Lady Justice.
