STANLEY SHAW Stan Shaw illustrates for various clients all over the country including The Village Voice, Esquire, Slate, Starbucks, The Seattle Mariners, Nintendo, Rhino Records, Microsoft, B.E.T., DC Comics, ABCNEWS.com, Wizards of The Coast, Amazing Stories, Vibe, The Flying Karamazov Brothers and Willamette Week. His illustrations for Moxon’s Master appear in Graphic Classics: Ambrose Bierce, and his comics adaptation of The Masque of the Red Death is featured in Graphic Classics: Edgar Allan Poe. In addition to practicing illustration, Stan teaches it, at Cornish School of the Arts, School of Visual Concepts and Pacific Lutheran University. He is now part of a group of artists advising on an illustration textbook.
