Spencer is a Madison-based designer and illustrator whose award-winning work has appeared in numerous publications. He is a frequent contributor to Rosebud, including the Cartoon Special, Rosebud 18, and he has illustrated books for both Rosebud founder John Lehman and managing editor Rod Clark. In 2000 Spencer founded Eyewerks Studio, where he creates animation as well as illustration and design.
